Persona: A persona in my words means an imagery consumer created by a company based on a  set characteristics and descriptions ranging from income level, profession, age , gender, hobbies,etc. used to symbolize a a specific market group. This allows a company to better understand how similar consumers feel about their product and tailor their products to their needs. Example: This is an example I found from a marketing blog known as Alexa Blog . In the example we can see a clear example of a persona that might be used by a car company trying to understand who the typical buyer of an small SUV would be. You can see it has information on the consumer such as their age, occupation, needs as it relates to the product (automobile). This is all valuable information to the marketing team of this car company because it will allow to market their product, in this case a small SUV to be more desirable to the needs and lifestyle of Kyle, the persona. Topic Option #3: PPC Simulation Highlights

Throughout the two round simulation marketing exercise, I was able to learn Pay per click ad optimization and what it took to develop a proper marketing campaign. Some things that I learned: Optimizing landing Page: I found that taking the time to have the three key elements to a landing page. The three are Call to action, unique value proposition, and key details regarding the product. I found that my ad groups regarding the Canon rebel t7i did well on converting (78% of all conversions) because it followed those key principles. What I learned from success and failures: In round one I did not score very well in regards to impressions. I was only able to manage to get 14,000 impressions. This was because I did not use many keywords and the ones I used were not broad enough. Instead specific keywords to drive up buyer intent and increase conversions. TOPIC OPTION #1: Website Design & Landing Page Optimization

This landing page is very well designed as the second you click on it and are taken to it, you know what the company is trying to get you to do (Call to Action). They would like to convert the consumer  to shop for products for their clearance sale. This is evident by the massive sale text of 60% off highlighted in bright yellow. As well as the red button that says "shop now". The landing page also is effective in selling to multiple customer segments. This done by having a navigation bar that includes departments for men, women ,kids, etc. This allows people to browse around if they want or search up specific products by clicking and typing in the big search bar.
